Terms & Conditions – Cave-Stay

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made through Cave-Stay.com and stays at accommodations managed by Cave-Stay.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the reservation.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made according to the conditions displayed during the booking process. Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
3. Cancellation
The cancellation conditions shown at the time of booking apply to the reservation.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the selected rate and cancellation policy.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times communicated in their booking confirmation or arrival instructions.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the accommodation, its contents and surrounding areas with reasonable care.
Guests must respect the house rules, maximum occupancy and other instructions provided by Cave-Stay.
Smoking inside the accommodation and parties or events are not permitted unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Damage
Guests are responsible for damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused by themselves or members of their group during their stay.
Cave-Stay reserves the right to charge reasonable costs for repair, replacement or additional cleaning where applicable.
7. Liability
Cave-Stay will take reasonable care to ensure that the accommodation and services are provided as described.
Cave-Stay cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including interruptions to utilities, internet services, weather conditions or other force majeure events.
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
8. Accommodation Management
Cave-Stay may operate accommodations on behalf of individual property owners. The specific accommodation, facilities and services included are those described in the relevant booking confirmation and property listing.
9. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Cave-Stay Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any mandatory consumer rights applicable under Spanish or European Union law remain unaffected.
